"Perfect holiday let well worth the money"

It was in a perfect location and the house had everything we needed for a great stay there was absolutely nothing I can say we were not happy with the beds were comfy the house was clean we enjoyed our week so much we will definitely be staying again

Its location was perfect and there was plenty of room in the living areas to accommodate our party of 7. We also loved the terrace and were lucky enough to be able to sit outside in the March sunshine one of the mornings. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing really, if I was to be really picky we would have liked to have had some Prosecco glasses.

"A really good base for a family getaway with loads of space and so close to Scarborough attractions plus super sea views"

amazing location, sea views from every room. Plenty of space for two families, 3 toilets and a nice little terrace out back. Walking to the sea front is only 2 minutes yet it’s so peaceful and quiet as the property is off-road. Parking also just 2 minutes down Custom House steps. Really comfy warm house very relaxing. The owner Gill is incredibly helpful and friendly.

"Perfect house for family gatherings"

The location was perfect, close to the sea, bars and restaurants. It was sparkling clean with lots of space in all the rooms. The outdoor space was great for a drink while enjoying the sea view.
