Close to the beach and restaurants.

It was on the second floor. Exit lights are very bright at night. Some of the light fixtures are broken or damaged. The xfinity wasn't working and when I asked for help I necer received an answer.

The layout was great.

The property management was terrible. Room wasn’t available the first night so we were put in a smaller and low quality option the first night, and I had to negotiate for an adequate refund which took weeks. When I was given access the second day to the unit I actually booked, it smelled like weed. I had to ask for access info both days; they were not sent to me as promised or in a timely manner until I asked for it. The hot tub was broken; it had apparently been broken for weeks by this point. Other renters had similar issues; one woman said she booked a different unit than the one she ended up staying in. Highly disappointed. I travel several times a year and have never run into these types of problems until now.

The location was excellent with parking out front and great space inside and out. Bars and eateries just a couple of minutes away and easy access to the beach in minutes too.

The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and what was there was ready to be replaced. Would benefit from a little TLC and updating.

Location to beach and restaurants. Master bedroom bed comfortable.

Neighbor that had a dog pooping everywhere. Jacuzzi jets didn't function. Bathroom: Shower needs to be repaired and maintained. Towel bar broken.

Location. Quick walk to beach few stores and restaurants/bars good selection. Plenty of room. Pool warm.

Shower head no pressure needs replacing. No sleeper sofa as advertised had air mattress in closet. Hot tub never got hot snd jets didn't work. Not the best communication with property managers. Some issues addressed some not.

The location was close to amenities

The property was not as advertised. I chose it because it had a heated pool and hot tub. Both were not in working order. I contacted the manager the day we got there and it took a day to respond. When he finally replied he said he was sending out a repair person the morning that we were checking out. The unit #2 was also very warm as the window would not shut completely in the master bedroom. Not sure if there was a governor on the AC either but every time we returned, the temperature was at 83. The unit was pretty beat up too. There was a hole punched in the bedroom door and a broken lamp in the living room. I was trying to create a wonderful Christmas for my Mom who just lost her husband and my Dad in November and this experience was not at all what I envisioned!😢

Spacious and clean. Close walk to the beach.

The noise from the upstairs unit was constant and extremely loud. Property had a lot of wear and tear. We had to contact the property owners an hour before arrival to get the door code and check in instructions.
