Fantastic apartment in a great location. Property was really clean and very well looked after. Sonos systems throughout with smart tv and access to Netflix etc. This trip was a staycation with the family, so we have packed everything you could think of, however the property was so well equipped with all the day to day essentials not much was needed other then our clothes (and there was even a washing machine to wash them if you wanted too) Mike was on hand via watts app and was very helpful with a few tips to get around the town. As I say, great appartment if you looking for a sea side break with the family 👍🏻

Incredible location with a extremely comfortable and luxury as well as well equipped two floor apartment, topped up with a beautiful panoramic view over St Ives beaches, at the proximity of everything!!!

All the steps to access the front door and actually to get to the flat itself and the steep hill from the bottom of St Ives can be a real challenge for someone with reduced mobility and sore legs but St Ives particularity is to be at the really bottom of a very steep hill! So it is more to do with St Ives than the location of the flat itself as the flat is such an easy access to Porthmeor beach and surroundings! It is right above Porthmeor Café that will become your local very soon if you try it! I understand that it was for safety reasons but not being able to open the windows hugely to even take a picture of the view was very sad! Nothing negative to say about this wonderful flat!
