Low Tide @ Filey. Close to Beach. Dog Friendly.

The location was fantastic and off road parking a bonus. Had everything we needed. Very modern and homely place.

Bed was too soft but you can't please everyone.

The location and parking plus the apartment is so clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Nothing not to like

We’ve been here several times now. We really like the property (especially the outside space for our Dog), and central location. We’ve booked again for this year, and hoping to get the same weeks for next year too!

I do find that the cleaning is not always 100%. Bedding, towels, and soft furnishings are always lovely and clean, but we’ve found the carpets are not always free of crumbs/bits and maybe could do with a plug in freshener or similar. I always bring kitchen wipes etc just to go over kitchen sides so that’s not a problem. The kitchen cupboards were also stocked up with cleaning bits this time, which is good.

The property was in a great location close all amities including the rail station.The property was excellent in all respects no hesitation in recommending and yes we will definitely come again.

Perfect location, accommodation excelled expectations. Excellent communication from lovely hosts. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Genuinely nothing we didn't like about our 3 night stay.

We love filey and usually stay at one of the resorts but they’re a long walk or bus ride away so we wanted somewhere central. Low tide was amazing! I don’t want to spend money on a holiday property that doesn’t feel like they’ve thought about the client and their experience and looking at the photos I knew they had! A designated parking space is a massive plus too! And communication was spot on!

In my opinion this apartment was excellent in all ways Bedroom was small but with a an amazing comfortable bed The 2 settees in the lounge were very comfortable and TV and internet works very well. The kitchen had every thing that was needed The shower room was one of the very best we have used ( including our own) The little area outside with table and chairs was the icing on the cake. The car port was a bonus, as was the location which was convenient for both shops and cobble landing.

The property was fantastic, the photos don't do it justice. It was clean and well decorated with lovely furnishings and a small private area to sit outside. All the switches were labled for shower/fan/outside light etc with full instructions of how to use all the equipment. Everything you needed was provided such as tv, secure wifi, iron, washer, washing line, towels/tea towel, washing up liquid, toilet roll even down to tablets for the dishwasher and detergent for the washer. It was located near everything, shops, pubs, places to eat, supermarket, town centre and beach, however we didn't manage to get to the sea front due to the steepness of the access road because my husband srtuggles to walk due to disability. A lovely place to stay, thanks you to the hosts who were very easy to contact if needed.

If you have a big car could be hard to park in car port For low tide , and would,nt have got on street .
