"An excellent location for a short stay."

Matt was very helpful and arranged parking and sent directions ahead of our stay. He was very helpful throughout. The location of the property was perfect for us being very close to restaurants and shopping. The loft apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and was very comfortable.

The staircase was very steep with quite a low ceiling. The lighting in the living room could be improved as it was not bright enough to read on the sofa.

Comfortable and roomy, self-contained loft apartment. Great location and within easy walk to the city centre with lots of nearby bars, pubs, and restaurants to choose from. The host was helpful in providing suggestions for places of interest and restaurants to visit around the city.

"Lovely apartment in perfect location"

Location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to The Lanes, but also quiet. Very clean apartment with a tranquil atmosphere. Was prepared for the steep narrow stairs to access the apartment, I'm in my 50's and didn't find them a problem, but if you have mobility issues this otherwise lovely apartment may not be suitable for you. Very helpful host, I would definitely stay again.

I genuinely can't think of anything.

Excellent location close to some lovely restaurants. Lovely bathroom. Plenty of character befitting its age.

'Double' bed felt very small, smaller than our standard double bed we have at home. Advertised parking was a little optimistic - is on street permit parking and we didn't get enough permits so ended up juggling the car between spots.

Property owner met me on arrival & showed me around. Very clean & exactly as described / as shown in photos. Excellent location, very central, though you might want to keep the windows closed at the weekend, unless you want the late night drinkers to wake you up!

Nothing to fault. Like previous reviewers, it's my own fault for not reading the listing fully. Steep stairs? Yep, specifically mentioned. Bed somewhat small? Yep, specifically mentioned. Access is via owner's property? Yep, specifically mentioned! Not Matt's fault at all. It's mine (& those that visited before me) for not reading properly!
