Costa Mahkota Sea view 1-Bedroom Retreat

Wij hadden een heel goed verblijf hier. Het appartement heeft alle essentiële spullen, was schoon en op een goede locatie. Binnen 15 minuten in het centrum en aan de overkant een enorm winkelcentrum met onder andere een grote supermarkt. De host was meewerkend en aardig. Airco werkt goed, bedden waren fijn. Gratis zwembad en sportschool is een enorm pluspunt. Voor deze prijs kan je zo'n appartement nergens anders krijgen.

This accommodation was a great choice. The room faces the sea and is on the quieter side of the building, away from the main road – we weren’t disturbed by any noise during our stay. The room is simple, not luxurious, but clean and has everything you need. For the price, it offers excellent value, especially compared to other options in the area. The Wi-Fi worked very well, which was a big plus. The location is also very convenient. The road in front of the nearby shopping mall might seem a bit unpleasant, but there’s an easy underpass just a short walk away – especially useful if you're heading towards the center of Melaka. Overall, highly recommended!

The only small downside was the limited kitchenware, but I understand this might be due to frequent damage by guests.

If you are able to spot some availability at this place during your stay in Malacca, don't overthink it and book it ! A few good reasons to do so: - The apartment is clean and comfy - The balcony is very big and gives an amazing view over the Malacca strait: it was a pleasure to stay there drinking a cup of coffee while enjoying the view. The flat is on the last floor of the building so it makes the view unbeatable. - Location is great: about 15 minutes walking from the Dutch square and a few minutes away from everywhere using Grab at a very affordable price. Nice food spots and shopping mall a few minutes away by foot. - I loved the swimming pool: surrounded by palm trees, it has a unique atmosphere as you can hear the birds singing. - Joyce, the host was available to answer my questions by texts and gives recommendations when asked. - Hot water available Clearly I would come back to this location if I come back to Malacca... but not sure I will find a spot left !

I love the place very much and the host is very polite she was very concern about guests needs and comfort Just one thing about the cleanliness of toilet could be more better ; the location was perfect as everything was walking distance 10-20mins just had difficult to cross the road
