Casa amplia.ubicacion tranquila.

La recogida de llaves es en otra ubicación, 20 minutos en coche. No pudimos cocinar porque no había bombonas de gas

"Decepcionante"

1. Una de las camas de la habitación de planta baja estaba infestada de chinches de cama, lo cual resultó en múltiples picaduras a un miembro del grupo. Podemos enviar fotos. Esto ya fue informado a Alicante Holiday para evitar daños a futuros clientes. 2. Faltaba un cojín de respaldo de los sofás del salón. 3. Las áreas exteriores de la casa (terrazas y patio), al igual que los muebles que allí se encuentran, estaban muy sucios cuando llegamos. 4. A pesar de que hay una barbacoa en la casa, no había ninguna herramienta disponible para utilizarla. 5. La nevera no enfriaba bien, no llega a congelar una botella de agua. 6. Los colchones de las camas de planta baja son de una calidad muy deficiente y además están sucios. 7. A pesar de ser una casa libre de humo, olía a tabaco.

Property was clean enough.

Villa / property kept losing all power if the washing machine was on at the same time as the AC. Only found this out after I contacted the letting agent who deals and manages the property. We should have been told this prior to our stay. No log book or manual about property with info above would have been good. To open and close shutters for windows wasn't easy. Having to collect keys from office in Torrevieja was an inconvenience and hassle. Asked management company to meet us at property but they said they wouldn't / don't do that. Management company not very helpful and their directions to property weren't very clear.
