Spacious accommodation. The enclosed garden area was great for dogs. Cottage was cosy and warm and the hosts had left a nice welcoming basket which was an unexpected treat. 2 bathrooms also meant people weren’t on top of each other

We had a comfortable stay at the cottage and we loved Norham itself especially down by the river Tweed, bliss! We especially enjoyed the dog friendly attitude at the property and the balcony seating when the sun was out. The owner Sean was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

This accommodation is outstanding and the location is absolutely perfect for a peaceful break..Sean could not do enough to help with any queries and we had a fabulous fun time..Highly recommend

Out side areas were not very clean and garden furniture pretty ratty and needs replacing

The host was very responsive to questions in the run up to the stay, and kept us fully informed. He met us at the property and was very welcoming, with a lovely hamper that was unexpected. The house was in a great location for us, with a great walk to Norham Castle from the doorstep. A lot of thought had gone into making the cottage cosy and comfortable, with all of the amenities you’d expect. I thought it represented good value for money.

Inevitably with any holiday home that sees a lot of guests, there were some maintenance issues that were mostly cosmetic rather than functional.

Very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of seating areas. . A few minutes by car from Berwick. Sean was very helpful and accommodating.

Lots of outside seating space. Some furniture have suffered a bit from the Scottish weather but no big deal.

Rebecca was so genuinely lovely! It's in a beautiful area and quite. Welcome hamper was very generous.

This is not wheelchair accessible at all house is too cramp for a group of people with a wheelchair user. The owner will put down ramps for you in and out of the property but they need to be requested beforehand. His view is it's down to the disabled person to ensure it is accessible and not to rely on the adverts wording. There are no room to manoeuvre the wheelchair around the home and the shower over the bath downstairs is inaccessible. The walk in is upstairs. No stairs lift and steep stairs for those who have mobility issues. Space around downstairs bed is to small to use a walker or wheelchair around. We had to find somewhere else and go through booking.com customer service to get a full refund. Which we are still waiting for.
