There was no gardrobe, no heating in the living room

Spotlessly clean, stylish apartment. Couldn't fault at all Easy to locate and simple check in procedure with key box at the door (ideal for storing them to prevent loss) Hosts were lovely and responsive In town centre and opposite a car park, plus permit was given for surrounding streets. I'm unfamiliar with the area so just paid for parking. They kindly provided tea/coffee and toiletries Nice, quiet building and camera by front door made me feel secure

Honestly just me being fussy but I'd appreciate if the house rules were written on the advert rather than receiving a list the day before booking otherwise it feels a bit personal

Good that it was close to the centre of Cheltenham but it was a little noisy. We had to open the windows because it was very warm and there was quite a lot of traffic but to be fair it was a trade off with being so close to the centre. It was extremely clean and very well furnished and equipped

The lift broke but it was on the last day at a weekend so not too inconvenient. Everything else was good.
