"Lovely accommodation and centrally located for Portsoy and exploring the Morayshire Coast"

The house was large and had lovely decor. All the bedrooms were perfect and very comfy. Loved the kitchen which had all the facilities and great for eating meals. Location was just a few minutes walk to the shops and also the old harbour. Loved the walk round Loch Soy just next to the house.

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Excellent location.

Could have done with some drawers in a couple of the bedrooms (perhaps in the wardrobes) and hooks on the back of doors, not a criticism just a suggestion. House was excellent.

This a great location! The kids loved the spacious house, claiming a bedroom each and it was situated right in the heart of everywhere we wanted to visit in the area. The house was spotless when we arrived and we tried to keep it this way! Be sure to visit the local bakery and play park over the other side of the loch. Will definitely be returning.

Not necessarily an issue for the property owner, but Google maps led us close, but not close enough. Maybe a big "3" on the door or wall would have been useful to find it quicker as we had to resort to looking at the pictures here which are all of thew other side of the building you drive to - not sure if that's by design?!

"Fantastic Property"

The house is modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. We had 7 adults staying, and there was plenty of room for everyone not to be falling over one another. We couldn't fault the house, and would recommend it to any family, or group of friends, looking for a fantastic place to stay in the Moray/Banff coastal area. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
