"Exceptional"

Large apartment with everything you might need. Short walk to the center and restaurants. Traditional German restaurant recommended by host was great.

One bathroom in a three bedroom apartment may get busy at times. Otherwise nothing wrong with the apartment.

"Was good but not happy with only 1 key for the whole group."

It’s a huge clean flat, decorations are very cosy and most of the needed stuff are there for example the iron and the iron board, hangers for clothes etc. the location is perfect too. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood since the police station is located right at the corner.

The host never replies to my messages, only got kind of a “auto replies” about all the details how to check in which is needed for sure. I asked the same question twice + call and the hosts never replied and never picked up the phone call either. The other thing that annoyed all of us, was, only 1 pair of key for the whole group. As a group, we went out together but we did not go back to the apartment together. Hence, someone always have to stay awake to buzz us for the 1st door. This is ridiculous.
