The waterpark was nice..

The timing of water park...1st day I reached abit late around 6pm..and it's close at 7pm..the 2nd day open at 10am n I need to check out at 11am

"This hotel/room sucks!"

Quick response by the customer service

There was no 1. Towel provided 2. There were cockroaches! 3. No soap or shampoo! 4. The air conditions for the 2 rooms was not cold! 5. The sofa was dirty and patchy with previous stainds 6. No remote for the TV!!!
