The location was great, the room comfortable. Good to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The rate was very good for the area.

The windows and door were sealed shut, would have been nice to have some fresh air. It was a bit noisy, as it was on Hiway 12. Also, for room #3, there was a pool table right outside my door for public use. It was only used 1 night and as it is in a small space, making it tough to use, they didn't stay long. Although they were quite loud for about 1/2 hr. Also, they didn't have extra trash bags in the room. But found some in the laundry room. The 8 days I was there, never saw any staff, but I worked most of the days. Sent an email to the staff 1st day as I had some trouble getting and internet connection. Never got a response from anyone, but did get the internet connected after multiple attempts.

"This hotel was a nighmare experience for my wife and I. "Napa Dinner Train our 1st Anniversary""

There was no human available to talk to about entering the facility, because of this, we were prevented from entering and preparing for the Napa Valley Dinner Train we had reservations for that evening. This created a significant stressful situation for my wife and I. This incident significantly delayed us, and we could not shower and dress appropriately for the Napa Dinner Train. The second stressful issue was the distance from Napa and the additional traffic we incurred to arrive at the Napa Dinner Train before it departed. The office called to verify that we were coming and informed us that the Dinner Train would leave on time with or without us! We paid over $1050 for this exceptional and expensive experience. We were forced to run like in an airport to reach the entrance door and be permitted to board the train. When I made reservations for this hotel, there was no advice about not having an in-hotel staff member to assist us. I had to call an online number for them to advise me on what to do. After waiting and experiencing confusion with the agent online, we determined I needed additional support. We lost over an hour of our valuable time. We had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately to have a chance to travel and arrive at the Napa Dinner Train before it started the 2-hour trip with or without us!!! Fortunately, we barely reached the parking lot and office entrance just before the doors closed, and were not permitted to board. Due to the terrible customer service and no on-site assistance, we had to reserve another hotel room for the night. We lost our money for the Stonehouse Inn and had to pay more for another hotel room closer to Napa. We are irate and disappointed about the unprofessional, mediocre hotel management and lack of services.

"Disappointing"

The bed was comfy and the shower was nice

I needed to extend my stay which they advised they couldn't do, and asked me to make a new booking and they would refund me the cleaning fee of $214aud. I did this and have had no follow up nor a refund. Not only is that false advertising i could have stayed in a hotel closer to the hospital for less - sadly this was not a vacation I needed to be close to the hospital for my family member that was being treated. Insult to injury

"Sad Disappointment"

Beautiful place, but... parking only in the back, driveway comes up really fast if the hyw.12 and not much room to turn in. We actually missed it and pulled into the gravel lot next door. [Per: Even though I already knew this reading Reviews on Bookings].

TOO CLOSE TO THE HYW. 12~ We had a King suite #5, out towards road, we heard ever vehicle go by! Thank God I carry ear plugs. Coffee ☕️ in the room-but only decaf bags 👎 Out in the lobby, there was a coffee machine, only decaf bags and no whole beans for the machine. 🙄 Sad for such a beautiful place, I won't be staying here again..... too many other great places to stay. Mary No Host on Site~ Another guest was asking me for help in the morning. 🌞
