Side gate near bins for security would be a good consideration. Besides that it was perfect

"Amazing Value, Lots of Space!"

The pictures seriously do not do this place justice! There was SO much space, the living room/kitchen area was beautiful. The master bedroom suite was very cozy with a double-headed shower! There's a functional indoor elevator as well. The value is just incredible. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had some issues with the wifi not working.

"Luxe house, centrally located, really nice place to stay."

Central location, close to Memorial park, Tauranga central, 10 mins from Mt Maunganui. The house is very high spec, has a real luxury feel with a separate lounge perfect for the kids. It was very clean, the facilities were great. Would happily stay here again.

Shade sail over the deck would be great as it gets a lot of sun
