Beds were comfortable, apartment had a good size

Now the negative part and we do mention this in such a detail, because we paid 190 Dollars cleaning fee!!! For an apartment that size that is really a lot of money. Especially the kitchen and the living room looked to us like it hasn´t been cleaned at all. •⁠ ⁠floor was super sticky •⁠ ⁠there was exactly one pan and one pot in the kitchen and they looked like they were really old. Kitchen equipment was a joke in general, for example only 3 drinking glasses •⁠ ⁠the old (used) coffee filter was still in the machine and it was absolutely disgusting (totally moldy) •⁠ ⁠you could hardly look outside because windows were so dirty •⁠ ⁠it looked like they had been trying to fix the sofa already, as I nearly fell all the way backwards when I sat down, because it was broken •⁠ ⁠the carpet in living room was filthy and full of stains - in general the apartment was not in a good condition. Lots of missing light bulbs, dishwasher was leaking, kitchen faucet was leaking - Also the neighbors upstairs made a hell of a noise most of the day and the area around the apartment is not in a very nice area

Very pretty & clean.

Electrical issues. Dryer not working. AC had issues. Things were finally resolved, but it took a lot of back and forth speaking with customer service.

TV issues, microwave not working, couch back issues (furniture was like all low quality IKEA stuff - living area could have used a lounge chair), no master bathroom shower light, no bathroom vents, poorly designed airflow, and excessive cleaning fees.
