Pier View Felixstowe - Sea View, 50m from the beach

The location is ideal for walking along the seafront and getting to the town centre. Lovely apartment with great views out to sea to watch the ships coming and going. The owner was very prompt in answering any queries. Considering it is dog friendly it was very clean.

Could very nearly have been 10’s across the board with just slightly more attention to detail - skirting loose in bathroom, curtain loose in main bedroom, stain on towel (not dirty, but a grey mark) and couldn’t find any glass/microwaveable bowls in the kitchen. These are not complaints and did not distract from our stay, just observations that would make a very nice apartment perfect.

Great location to all facilties, restaurants, bars, beach, amusements, sea.

Comfortable beds, close to the beach, off street parking

Property had not been cleaned, beds and towels not changed, bins full, bathroom dirty with used sanitary products in bin. Smell of weed outside flat was constant (obviously not the flat owners fault).

Perfect position and beautifully presented and very clean.

The view from the property was beautiful. Just a stones throw from the beach and town centre. The property was well equipped, cosy and homely.

It was within walking distance to the spa pavilion

Noisy on the road, ill fitting windows in lounge so wind whistled through, being a shared house meant noise from neighbours

The flat was beautifully presented. Decor very tasteful. Lovely and spacious. Prime position.
