The property management for this apartment did an excellent job with customer service and providing a safe, comfortable place for me. The studio apartment was well-maintained, had plenty of cabinet storage, clean, and well stocked. I had a kitchen, private bathroom, dining table, work desk, air conditioning, and a comfortable bedroom all in one studio room. It is perfect for one person, and maybe a couple due to the size. The location is very safe within a residential area, and about two to three blocks from commercial businesses, including a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Metro Subway Station is only two blocks away.

1) The Wi-Fi could be better or stronger. My laptop and tablet was buffering quite a bit. 2) The electric stove may need replacement; it takes too long to cook food on it and not very hot. 3) The convenience store across the street is nice to have nearby, but quite expensive. About 60% more expensive. If you don't mind walking three blocks, head out to REY Supermarket and save yourself money.

Muy céntrico el lugar y todos muy amables

Es muy acogedor,, me encantó puedes caminar y tiene muchas tiendas cerca ,, las habitaciones están en muy buenas condiciones y lo que más me gustó es la privacidad que tienen y que cuando algo no está bien los gerentes te atienden al momento lo recomiendo al 100% me volvería alojar ahí de nuevo con gusto

This apartment was perfect for a short visit to the city. It's small, but was adequate for my needs. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, which is always appreciated. The host was very helpful, and checked in periodically to make sure I was comfortable. Fortunately, I took the host's suggestion to download the instructions for self-check in. My phone had glitched, so I did not have internet, and would not have been able to log in to this site to read them.There is a 24 hour mini mart across the street that was surprisingly well stocked, and took care of all my shopping needs.
