Location to restaurants, etc Convenience to the beach AC was great! Plenty of towels, including beach towels, and bedding Overall it was clean. No bugs Gate code was required to get into the corridor area

The building is old, which means the windows are paper thin, so you hear everything outside your door and windows The window in the kitchen was left open and the crank handle was missing. It had to be pushed back in from the outside. (We did contact the owner about this and they were willing to come push it closed but we were able to). The water pressure was nonexistent and it took about 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower. There are lights outside of the door in the interior corridor area that are super bright and stay on all night long. I woke up at 3:30am not knowing if it was morning or not because it was so bright. There are blinds and curtains but unfortunately, the lights are just very bright. Be prepared to pay about $40/day for parking in the garages. This wasn't addressed in the listing that I saw.
