O anfitrião avisou do problema no Google Maps minutos antes de chamarmos o Uber. Essa falha na comunicação gerou stress e como estávamos com muitas bagagens o Uber não entrou na rua / indicação que o anfitrião nos enviou. A porta de entrada do prédio parece ter problemas na fechadura e com uma das chaves nunca conseguimos abri-la. Somente com uma delas conseguimos, mas precisa de um "jeitinho" para conseguir abrir. Nessa região tem alguns moradores de ruas e pessoas bebendo nos cantos e mexendo nos lixos, mas isso é um problema da cidade e não da anfitrião da hospedagem. Só acho importante deixar claro para outros viajantes. No fim tudo se resolveu, mas esperávamos não ter esses problemas na viagem de férias, pois fizemos um planejamento detalhado e organizado.

Remote entry into the apartment, and physical keys in apartment.

The apartments are well-equipped and clean, with a perfect location — just a 1-minute walk from Gran Via, surrounded by shops and cafés. What I didn’t like was that the person who contacted us only sent the «actual address» 10 minutes before our arrival, even though communication had started two days earlier. There are some errors on Google Maps, so using the provided address takes you to the wrong location. Unfortunately, we received the message explaining this too late, and we ended up walking a long way with suitcases and children. This information should have been sent much earlier.

Clean and spacious in a great location.

It was comfortable, well equipt, easy to access, great location, and helpful and friendly staff.

Good location; ample room and sleeping arrangements for 6 adults. Good coffee machine and supply of coffee, nice bathrroms, although warm water was limited, this was plainly stated. The apartment itself was much nicer than the entrance and stairs leading up to it.

Access was a little challenging as we only communicated through What's App and I did not always have internet access on the street, although yes, I was paying for a plan. It took awhile to access the 3 locked doors to the apartment dealing remotely with the owner. Would have been nice to have directions for some of the appliances - dishwasher, washer. It looked like there should be laundry soap, but there was none. We left some for the next guests. The street in front of the apartment was cordoned off with police tape and uncollected garbage and debris. No dead bodies or blood :) Made it seem a little sketchy and unsafe in comparison to the surrounding streets.
