MYIt’s a quite comfortable place for friends to stay. Everything is nice in the house.
One of the bed is at living room. And the another two beds is at the same room. Need to find out the parking lot with RM10 per day, don’t get to the wrong parking lot with RM20. Rmb to switch ur parking place every morning to avoid being clamped.

MYwalking distance to monash university - 15mins BRT connection available property inside mall complex, no issue with food sunway just 20 mins away by drive simple unit but all neccesities available property owner quick response
single bathroom per unit - difficult when travel with family parking lot is an issue - got warning ticket bcoz parked overnight, so need to switch parking lot daily unit inside mall, so abit weird dragging all those suitcase accross the mall
