Apart hotel Ponderosa with pool & view, studio 226

lovely studio apartment with great facilities and outside space. everything was really clean. we really appreciated the extra beach style towels and the food related extras in the kitchen cupboards

the building reception staff were rude and unhelpful

A fantastic stay! We were very happy with the location, comfort, and cleanliness. We would gladly return. Highly recommended—the host was wonderful and very responsive to all our needs.

Felt like home . Bed was very cumfy .location for this apartment was amazing 2min walk to bus station 2 min walk to bars and restaurants and supermarkets. 5 min walk to beach .no fighting for a sunbed go out anytime and theres 1 free will definitely be back

No brollies at pool (hotels problem)

Terrace, the bed was very comfortable to me, as it was pretty hard, I do not like soft beds. Pillows and bedding were very good too. All you need on the kitchen in terms of plates, cutlery, cups, wine glasses -all of that was good. Location is very good.

Well, initially I have not received the code of key box, and when I arrived, I called all the possible phone numbers, nobody was replying for more than an hour, even though I informed about my arrival time, then finally somebody texted me, I was staying for 1 hour next to the door. Then from day 1, the problem with the shower stock, the water was going out from the shower and floating to the flor and even to the room -again 0 response or action from the team managing the property, like at all. All my stay 23 days I had to use shower like with the very low pressure, just to minimize the floating. Moreover they could leave at least some basic chemical cleaning products to maintain, I should not buy all possible cleaning products, I think it makes sense, if you even care about the property you are renting out. Outside there are works everyday and super noisy works, the fridge, being in the same room is pretty noisy too, so if you are sensitive to the noise -this would be a big issue for you, I am not super sensitive, but I have noticed that. Then, I believe for a long stay, like I had, they should offer at least weekly cleaning services and bedding change. Nobody expects to be like in the hotel, but at least some minimum, especially when 1 person books for 23 days, so you are booked non-stop. Ah, and there are cats going around terraces, they make some noise, and can jump to your room. 1 of them even shitted on the terrace. I believe the absolute majority of the issues is the only fault of the company managing the property - for the real owner good to know and note. I would not go again.

Nice little apartment A lot of building work going on Water was a brown dirty colour for nearly a week, no fault of the apartment, was a nice stay apart from that
