Cleanliness was lacking - cutlery needed to be washed, crumbs under and around sofa Broken cupboard door in kitchen, broken intercom, broken bed in second room Lack of cupboard space Badly in need of a good paint job Kitchen was not fully equipped to cook a family meal - pans too small, no chopping knives Could smell marijuana in the flat from neighboring tenants - posters in the communal areas indicated that marijuana smoking was prevalent No terrace as advertised Water was not hot - came through as what could only be described as off-cold Would not describe as “luxe”

The flat was a lot bigger then anticipated which was good, it was warm and comfortable.

There wasn't enough cutlery as in forks and a blind in the living room would have been beneficial for us as one of our children slept in there and was wide awake at 6am due to the light but otherwise not a big deal.

Price

Flat was extremely dirty, the only one thing that was changed and clean are bed sheets. All the facilities are in half-broken hardly used condition. Check-in instructions were given only after my questions after arrival already.

It was spacious and the location was brilliant. We were supposed to check out 10am but were worried we’d be running late due to kids. The guy on the phone was very accommodating and offered to ask the cleaners to come later. in the end we didn’t need to leave late but it was a wonderful gesture to allow us to stay longer when he didn’t have to.

Constructive feedback: Mattresses in both rooms could do with replacing and the sofa was in poor condition. Water was either scolding hot or cold. The fridge was dirty. Toilet and sink in separate rooms, which is not ideal with kids. There was no ironing board or iron.
