BALCON DEL MAR - first coastline, volcano view, pool, fibre net

The mananger of this apartment canceled my reservation because I did not answer his whatsapp message, in fact I was not available, he rebuked me that how important that I need to replied his message. Then he canceled my reservation without any reason.

Het appartement was heel proper, er was afwasmiddel aanwezig, koffie, kruiden, wat heel handig is zodat je voor een kort verblijf niet alles moet gaan kopen.

Clean and comfortable. Every morning, you can watch the sun rise over the sea right from your own balcony.

Finding a parking spot for your car can be a quest, if you come back home late at night.

The complex and apartment is really nice. We never had problems parking close and it was a great base for exploring the island. It has everything you need relatively close and the temperature was perfect for a spring getaway. Matt was really friendly on arrival and was on hand for any issues. Would definitely come back.

It could be a little noisy late at night, but nothing too crazy. And there's not much you can control about other guests and people walking by outside. It was warm in the evenings so the windows were left open. Ideally I would like air conditioning, but travelling in March was bearable with the heat. Only a minor complaint though, we really enjoyed the stay.

A gorgeous apartment. Absolutely everything you can think of provided. Spotlessly clean. Super Wi-Fi & smart tv. Set in a beautiful complex. The pool area is gated & I can highly recommend the food & cocktails at the bar on site. Bus stop 3 mins away which goes all the way to las americas & is super cheap & every half hour. Loads of gorgeous restaurants near by. Italian / Chinese /Spanish food & pizza. One of the nicest places we stayed. Host very helpful & kind.

Good location with ocean view, best sunrise ever from the balcony 😍 The administrator was very agreeable and helpful.
