"Terrible. Plus, no hot water."

We turned up to the property and they had no room for us, even though it was booked on booking.com. They sent us to another address which was 15 minutes drive away saying that when this hotel is booked they have an overflow at the other hotel. That hotel said they had given the incorrect information & we was sent to another hotel 10 minutes away.
