The location of the flat is very good being only a few minutes walk into the center of Cernobbio and the lakefront. It's a very clean flat as it has recently been renovated and is well equipped. The only down side is how it is managed and if they adopted WhatsApp for ease of communication I would have rated this as a 9 or 10.

The flat is managed by a management company who do not communicate via WhatsApp and only via phone call or email. They send way too many pdf documents and instructions which would be better printed and left in the flat. Also the Google map link was incorrect. Although the flat has a lift it is tiny and you have to leave your finger on the button the whole time as it will randomly stop in-between floors. That being said I would still recommend staying here as it's a great location, good value for money and extremely clean.
