USUSIt was very clean and maintained
You can literally hear people texting in the hallway and fully understand conversations in the street from the room. They need to invest in some amount of sound proofing. An exterior grade door to the room that seals would probably help allot. Probably insulating the walls would help tremendously. It was super hard to relax, and forget intimacy. There’s no way you could be quite enough for the whole building to not know what you’re doing.

Parking is free in garage- nice- but you can’t enter garage between 10pm & 6 am (weird for tourist town). Floors needed a good cleaning- after walking around in socks they were dirty. Had to call for TV setup in our room but eventually got it working. If you are in room 200 & people are enjoying balcony it is loud.
USThis location is perfect for settling in if you want to hang around Hot Springs Bath Row. It is within walking distance of all the shopping downtown and bath houses on Central. Super cute, cozy space! Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom/shower for the space.
USRoom was clean, nice and comfortable. Location was perfect for visiting historic Hot Springs. Parking was convenient.
