"Great location, clean, cozy, spacious, and comfortable."

Great location! Only 5 minutes from the S-Bahn and the famous train 60. It was super quiet and the bed was super comfy. If you want to get away and stay in the hotel to watch Netflix on a big TV in the room, this is the place. The room was so cozy, my husband and I slept very well for two nights. As for the temperature inside, it was 15-19 degrees out, but it didn’t feel hot inside during the day, and it was around 9 degrees at night, but the room was not cold. It was one of the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed!! No dust at all.

Only issue I had was the smoke alarm front of the bathroom. After taking a hot shower and opened the door, the smoke alarm accidentally went off due to the steam from the bathroom. I had to take a shower with the door open (not a big deal) because of the smoke alarm. Also, one other thing, the water pressure in the shower was so low, it took a while to take a shower. I hope you can adjust the water pressure for the rain shower or for the handy shower. Otherwise, nothing major!

"Very pleasant stay for a few nights. A home away from home."

Clean, comfortable, modern, fairly easy to find, close to a train station and lots of supermarkets.

The heating took some experimentation to figure out. (Winter time) The neighbours to the flat had the tv on so that you could hear it through the walls pretty much 24hrs, which was mildly frustrating for sleeping.

O apartamento é excelente. Todos os cômodos são equipados com móveis e produtos de qualidade. Os espaços são arejados e muito bem cuidados. Parece tudo novo, ou reformado recentemente. Destaque para a limpeza e o conforto. Banheiro bem espaçoso. A cama é perfeita, grande e confortável, com ótimos travesseiros. Aproveitei muito bem a cozinha, fazendo minhas refeições por lá mesmo, o que foi super econômico. Não se deixe levar pela aparência do prédio. O apartamento é realmente incrível. Me hospedei sozinho, mas é super possível para um casal ou até para 3-4 pessoas, caso seja permitido pelo host.

O piso do box do banheiro parece um pouco deslizante - algo que se resolve facilmente usando um chinelo ou tapete antiderrapante. E a estação de trem não fica próxima (mesmo assim fui a pé com as malas e deu tudo certo).
