Esperienza decisamente deludente. Durante tutto il soggiorno, i responsabili dell'agenzia si sono dimostrati poco reperibili e difficili da contattare. Ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza o chiarimenti, le risposte sono arrivate con grande ritardo oppure non sono arrivate affatto. Inoltre abbiamo effettuato il check-in in ritardo proprio a causa della loro irreperibilità. L'aspetto più grave riguarda però la cauzione di 300€, che non è stata restituita, dato che non ci è stato comunicato di aver creato danni all'appartamento. Nonostante i numerosi tentativi di contatto per avere aggiornamenti sulla pratica, non abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni chiare né riscontri concreti. La mancanza di professionalità, trasparenza e assistenza al cliente ha reso l'intera esperienza molto negativa. Consiglio di valutare attentamente altre soluzioni prima di affidarsi a questa agenzia.

Nem volt mikrohullámos sütő... ezt nagyon hiányoltam! Az emeletes ágy nem egy strapabíró darab... ugyan gyerekek aludtak rajta, illetve végül csak egy, mert a felső ágy instabil volt... nem volak a csavarok meghúzva... (így nem engedtem, hogy a felső ágyon aludjon a gyerek) Sajnálom, hogy nem volt a fürdőszobában kézmosószappan, én vettem egyet és otthagytam a következő bérlőnek. Kukazsák is csak 1-1 db volt a szálláson... (konya, fürdőszoba) Több napot voltunk... megteltek, nem tudtam kicserélni.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber Wasserkocher fehlt
