Good location and accommodation was very comfortable.

Shame no kitchen roll, tea towels, air freshener, hand towels in toilet, foil or cling film but that's me being very picky (and probably just being used to having those things to hand)! The fresh bread, eggs, beans and digestives were a very nice touch though. 😊

Everything. The grocery parcel was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

We all liked the home from home feel, the flat is very spacious and comfortable and most importantly pet friendly 🥰 sleep is very important to me so I totally loved the blackout blinds and blackout curtains I had the best night sleeps. The flat is very close to the sea and other surrounding beaches. We loved the cliff house pub just up the road ( would recommend) The owners were very very generous on arrival, we also found the welcome information pack very useful. Location really good for access to New Forest, Isle of Wight ferry, Lulworth Cove, Bournemouth

Lovely area, right by some of the best views in the country. Take advantage of watching the sunrise at the end of the road it takes your breath away. Coffee maker is a nice touch, a lovely welcome package with Eggs, Milk, Fresh Bread, Jam, Butter and all of your tea and coffee you need. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of loo roll and shower gel for the week. Boiler was electric but the hot water boost was never required. Water was nice and hot. Sofa was comfy, Smart TV worked well, WiFi we had 0 problems with. Oven and Hobs worked perfectly, I was impressed with how hot the electric hobs got 🤣 Parking is easy, there's a one stop nearby that's open late every night that was very useful along with restaurants and take-outs (3min drive) Hosts were helpful even months before check-in so overall Id recommend this place to anyone.

Double bed I could not sit up on being a heavy man, the slats are too weak for me but like I said, I am a heavy man. Can't really complain about anything else.

The property was super clean and comfortable and had lots of space with every utility necessary for a really great stay. The owners are most gracious and have clearly been in the business for a while. We found the property well planned and truly pleasant. Near to the sea and ample space to walk a pet should you have one. It is also close to the shops and the new forest. We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend this property.

A lovely, well-equipped property. The location was ideal for exploring the places dotted along the coastline. Very close to the sea, just a two minute walk, which was ideal with the dog. A great base to come back to and relax. Great communication from Chris and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
