スタッフさんの対応がよくホテル内の設備の説明を丁寧にしてくださいました。チェックアウトの際には自販機の飲み物をプレゼントしていただきとても嬉しくなったことに感動しました。また利用したいと思えた宿泊先でした。

ちょっと給湯室のお湯の温度があまり熱くなかったのでもう少し上がるといいかなって思いました。

Facilities were all in japanese and difficult to understand

Terrible instruction, not reliable, got to the place, rang the Intercom, no one answered, even for more than 30 mins. Ended up sitting around through out the night with no sleep. I did send message request that I would arrive late, and there was no reply from the hotel.

Was average overall.

The room smelt bad very damp think it was the Tatami, hopefully they replace it or find the source of the smell, wasn’t worth the price per night. Other rooms didn’t have this issue.
