good house to share as friends, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. lots of hot water and comfy beds. Downstairs was a good open plan area to relax, eat and catch up. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. check in information shared well ahead of arrival. lock box made coming and going relaxed. easy to walk into town lots of options for food and drink.

Parking is roadside and as October three cars wasn't a problem but high season maybe different so check with the owner.

WATERSIDE was a unique and brilliant find in a world that is unfortunately cluttered with poor quality and value for money holiday accommodation across Britain. The house was very spacious, well maintained, equipped, quality furnishing, bedding, utensils- and mattress that were perfect for all of us 3 guests. Good central and gas heathing, lights, natural sunlight- and a real cozy mix of traditional and modern ambience throughout the house. The location on the banks of the Menai Strait estuary (with the tide coming in every 6 hours)- was pure bliss! The double glaze windows provided additional peace and calm, with the calming sounds of the various weater birds. No through traffic was also a priceless bonus! The location in Menai Bridge area is hard to beat. Located close to local bus services, easy walking to local shops, restaurants, bars and a large Waitrose supermarket. Bangor is only 15 to 20 minutes by bus and the large hospital is about 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes taxi from WATERSIDE. You can also walk along the main scenic road, turn Left over the bridge towards Bueamaris.

Check-in procedure needs to be amended to ensure updates information for last-minute guests are notified. The Key-safe location might not be easy to access for guests with physical limitations- plus the house has many stairs that might not be suitable for persons with limited mobility. The dining area is perfect , but the addition of window blinds would minimise extreme sunlight, but also the damage to the dining table and chairs. Also, the addition of 2 relaxing chairs in this area (example fold away chairs ), would enhance this area as a perfect place to sit and admire tha tidal waves, sunrise and sunset. The 2 steps that have to be climbed from the perfect lounge to the beautiful kitchen - is a potential hazard- and might not be suitabe for people with limited mobility challenges or young children who explore without supervision.

Lots of space, well furnished, well maintained property. Enough bathrooms for a large family.

A beautiful house in a lovely quiet location yet near to shops and restaurants. All the rooms are so nicely decorated . Would definitely recommend a stay here .Such a lot of great places to visit nearby Amazing wildlife to watch

Very spacious. Lovely location. Sincere thanks for the wine and chocolates - very nice surprise 🙂 Great selection of games/dvds. TV in every bedroom. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

Didn't realise there wouldn't be any shower gel/shampoo. No problem as there are shops a short drive/pleasant walk away. Lots of stairs took a little getting used to but good exercise!

Very comfortable clean accommodation in a quiet location that still has good access to town pub, restaurants and supermarkets. A cosy cottage feel inside with all modern conns and great balcony terrace.

Only thing was height of step into Kitchen. We were ion family trip with 85 year old mum and she found that step a bit of a struggle.

Very spacious throughout. Very comfortable beds, kitchen very well appointed. All guests in our party without exception liked the property and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the estuary.
