This apartment offers outstanding value for money in Royal Leamington Spa. It is in a residential part of town, not in the historical part. However the good price and convenience more than compensates. The apartment is all on one level with a dedicated carpark mere steps from the front door. The owners clearly have put a lot of effort into ensuring the apartment is very well equipped, making it a home from home.

The flat was excellent! A perfect location near to the train station and central town - everything was easily walkable. The flat itself is decorated beautifully, perfectly clean and makes great use of the space, a lovely little spot to stay in. Lots of thoughtful kitchen items included too to help with self-catering. We would recommend and return.

The only minor point is that we were given directions to the flat bin stores but these were locked with a code that we didn’t receive, so we had to spot some bins further down the road to use - not a huge deal but would be helpful for future guests.

Well equipped, spacious, modern, smartly decorated/furnished, allocated parking space, ground floor, close to town centre, would be good for a couple or family with an older child

Dark inside, a little noisy (due to proximity to car park, a trade off for a ground floor property), furniture not ideal for travelling with a toddler, area not the nicest

The apartment is spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is great - a 10-15 minute walk into Leamington - and there's plenty of parking. The apartment complex is nice and quiet. Communication with the owner was great. She provided clear information about what to expect when we arrived and how to get in. And when the shower broke during our visit, she got a plumber out to it the same day.

The mattresses are a little soft and fully cotton bedding would be better for comfort. There were also no hooks to hang coats, bags etc, either in the hallway or on the backs of doors
