Quaint little cottages. Clean all around and very nice

Had some tenants next to the office that was smoking weed after office staff left both nights there. Mattress and box springs where not very comfortable but overall the stay was an 8

"Ft Myers cottage"

Good concept. Great location. Good value. Friendly manager. It was obvious that the owners were working hard to have a good product

Pool was closed. That had been a reason to go there and was a big let down. No housekeeping.

"Spring Break"

Very very clean. Would stay again. Alvin and the Chipmunks must have stayed here. Well kept landscaping and parking lot was beautiful with pavers.

Bathroom sink had a leak, someone knocked on the door late at night and wished there was an extra security lock on the inside of the room. Wasn’t sure if the pool was open because there was a Health Department sign saying closed. Never saw the office staff, only 1 maintenance man once.
