Great communication, easy check-in, house was clean and had everything we needed.

Great accommodation in a good location and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again in the future. The hosts were brilliant at communicating with us before and during our stay.

10 minutes from where we needed to be. Easy access, everything we needed to e sure our stay was comfortable.

There were 9 family members in our group and the property was a perfect size for us all. Great location for Grimsby/Cleethorpes. Close to everything. Great for parking of more than 1 car.

Some of the beds and mattresses could really do with replacing but the owners are great with communication and appreciated the feedback I sent.

We have a complaint about the the accomodation being double booked, the way it was handled, the instructions given to the other group to put our belongings out on the street and to call the police on us, the lack of effort to contact me, all because it was double booked between booking.com and Airbnb. An all round unnacceptable and concerning experience for us.
