No wifi

The chalet was absolutely disgusting there were no dovet covers there was no heating mud all over the mattresses were stained be on means the smell was outrageous we didn’t even stay in the chalet for more than 5 minutes very disappointed

Good Heating and tv beds are good

No hover carpet dirty in sitting room Cooker did not light so had to buy a lighter could do with a table light for night time Shower was dirty

Cooker did not work - ignition not working, had to go shop in rain to buy a lighter. Need a bigger bathroom mat for shower Need hooks behind door of shower to hang clothes or towels Need a light on the fridge Lamp in the living room - brilliant lights but too bright at night Need wifi Need a better hoover The sound of wind felt like I was sleeping outside and about to fly in the bedroom

the caravan was lovely as such. Everywhere was clean as such.

there was a problem with the fold down bed in the lounge, it would not go down and suck up in the middle. have photos of the 2 pieces of skirting that was laying either side of the single bedroom door on the floor. There was mould around the shower cubicle. The stain around the toilet was not very pleasant to see. We came back late from Skegness and the gas had run out , and it was a very cold night. We had a 1yr old with us. We had to be out early but left as soon as the little one woke up at 6am as it was so cold. Did not use the club house as we would have had to pay £27 per adult and £17 for the baby to get into the club house,and extra to go in the pool, so didn't use them as only going to be in there for a couple of hours. Very disappointed with this. We had to go into Skegness for a couple of hours entertainment as didn't want to out late with the little one.
