Nothing.

It was a very dirty place. Room was terribly cold. Kitchen was very dirty. Washroom was unusable and very smelly. Towels were dirty with stains

"A decent stay in Mussoorie Lake"

- kettle and coffee/tea was appreciated. - good shower with hot water - we had room with no balcony but still had nice big window - filtered water was available

- filtered water was up on the roof - inconvenient - I was offered a discount for pre-paying (I booked only the day before) but then couldn’t use the discount for paying cash because I’m a foreigner and couldn’t do a bank transfer.

Breakfast and food was good

Location was not good it was too far from the main mall road , while doing the booking it was mentioned that mall road is 1.2 kms whereas we found after reaching to the destination that mall road which is the main attraction in mussoorie is 6 kms away Secondly images shown of the rooms and the property while booking the hotel is totally different in real and room prices as per the location and size of rooms are not at all justified.

Viren was very helpful. Got us a room with a view, got us a scooter and also helped us deal with our mess Felt safe and taken care. Must stay if you visit mussoorie

Our stay at hotel Shiva lake was an amazing experience as the staff was good, rooms were good with a proper beautiful view. They corporates in every sense. You can surely prefer.
