Needs some upgrades, no balconies
USIt was a great value for the money. The room was extremely clean and well kept. We truly had no complaints. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in town. We loved our stay! This room was truly amazing for us.
Not a complaint, but the room needs something to hang clothes. Maybe a rack of some type.

The building is old, in poor condition, very bad conditions, then you enter the condominium and you realize that the bathroom is disgusting and extremely small, they offer a kitchen but no odor extractor works, neither the one in the kitchen nor the one in the bathroom, all the smells are concentrated in the condominium, the A/C is too loud every time it turns on you wake up scared of the noise it makes, we had to leave the accommodation a night early because we could not stand it one more night. Really, all the kitchen utensils are of the worst quality, and many are broken, like the coffee machine, the glass is broken, and last but not least, they ask you to leave everything clean and washed, but they only leave you an old broom, not a dustpan or a mop, everything is very, very bad.

No closet. But we managed. Not enough towels. Dishwasher was not working.

No dresser, no hangars, no hairdryer. The dishwasher was broken. No towel rack or hooks for bath towels. The sliding bathroom door doesn’t make sense for space. Noisy air conditioning and dehumidifier. No instructions were provided for door lock.
USThe location was perfect! The pool was incredible and it had a snack shack, just a few feet away.
When we arrived, we noticed that all the chairs that went with the table were broken. We called management and they came and looked at them and said they would fix them right away, but they never did. We also couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, but that wasn’t a huge problem because, we only needed to run it at the end so management had to deal with the dirty dishes.
