No sun on balcony and not much view to rear No AC bus as no sun directly into apartment was not too bad. Might be diff in height of summer.

Great stay at this excellent apartment, located very close to the seafront. There's a small supermarket located next door to the complex with restaurants within easy walking distance. The main Playa de las America strip is a short 5 minute walk whilst Playa de las Vista is just a 15 minute walk away. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven & large fridge along with a washing machine located in the bathroom. Two good size bedrooms (very comfortable beds), with a good living area along with a large terrace. The pool complex is a good size and kept clean with plenty of sunbeds, shade & mattresses to rent. There's also a small bar serving good food. Pros - Apartment very clean Supply of tea, coffee, sugar & cooking spices Kitchen utensils including tea towels etc.. Beach towels & hair dryer supplied The pool Cons Apartment terrace in the shade Wifi intermittent Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend,

A very modern apartment. Great walk in shower within a large bathroom with washing machine. Nice pool cafe/bar area with very reasonable prices and lovely staff. The apartment was a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants bars and nightlife so saved on taxi fares.

Having to pay for sunbeds and sun umberellas at the pool. No sun on the apartment balcony at any time of the day! No air con/fans. No wardrobes in one of the bedrooms. I found the bed in the twin room very hard but that's my personal opinion. No mirror in one of the bedrooms. No info. booklet on how to work electrical items in the apartment or info. re. finding places to visit etc for tourists new to the area.

We bought our own breakfasts and lunch from the local supermarkets. We had dinner out in a different restaurant every evening.
