"Lovely villa on the quiet island of Gozo.."

Nice villa, plenty of space for all guests to enjoy.

A couple of issues with hot water/showers. But the host was always available and had a plumber sent to the villa to investigate the problem. Everything was resolved in a day or two...

"Amazing property for a group of friends to stay"

The lovely housekeeper Georgina met us with the keys, gave us a tour and was very helpful. The property is huge and well appointed, perfectly clean and in a quiet area. The space and rooftop meant as a large group we could enjoy time relaxing together or take a moment alone. There is an amazing bakery and shops nearby which had everything we needed for our stay. The main town was either easy to reach by foot or taxi. The pool and gardens were picturesque.

The instructions left for house rules are outdated, we awoke early to ensure the refuse was dealt with according to the instructions only to find that the rubbish is now being collected on different days to those on the instructions. We had a few issues with the electricity during our stay with several powercuts. When contacting the owners they were responsive and helpful and arranged an electrician to come and rectify the issues. Beware of the mosquitos - they seemed to be immune to any sprays or candles we used. Perhaps an electric bug zapper installed near the back door to the property would help to control them. We found that we were a little cold some of the evenings in the bedrooms, with no extra blankets offered in the bedrooms some of the group found it hard to get a restful nights sleep.

We encountered a number of irritating maintenance issues which had clearly not just happened. Some of these we brought to the attention of the owners.
