Emplacement idéal pour visiter Marrakech, à 5 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El Fna. Petite précision : comme c'est à l'intérieur de la medina, les taxis ne peuvent pas aller jusqu'au riad. Le riad est spacieux et permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité (nous étions deux couples à avoir réservé, un à chaque étage). Les escaliers sont raides mais permettent d'atteindre une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les toits de la ville et sur l'atlas. Le toit étant ouvert, la pluie tombe dans l'escalier à l'intérieur de la maison, étrange expérience mais ce n'est pas vraiment gênant et c'est nettoyé tous les jours, laissant juste une odeur d'humidité. Imane, qui nous sert le petit-déjeuner et s'occupe du ménage, est très efficace et très gentille, nous la remercions encore ! Les petits-déjeuners sont d'ailleurs excellents et bien fournis. En résumé : nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s not a riad where you share the space with other guests, it’s more of your private home. Said was really accommodating and we loved our breakfasts with Iman! A private rooftop was also nice. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was very good.

The property is in a very difficult location to find, and the property management company does not make any effort whatsoever to assist. We had a very difficult experience, no pick up at the airport, no one to greet us, no one to help us find the place and no answer to the phone number numbers that they gave us either in the app or in a message.

You have the whole place to your selves spanning the three floors with a lovely little roof terrace. Ensuite double bedroom and two further double bedrooms. All comfortable beds clean. Little shabby chic on some of the furnishings. Tucked away hidden little riad just a couple of minutes from the main hustle and bustle get quiet and tranquil. Great for the whole family to have their own space and yet be together. Fantastic breakfast and housekeeper comes every morning from 8:30 to 10:30. Gives you breakfast. Lovely lady then cleans the place for you just like your own private hotel. Brilliant. Definitely booking again for our family of four. The two teenagers didn't squabble once over bedrooms or bathrooms everyone had their own space! Lovely host Syed who helped us enormously and a wonderful friendly housekeeper who couldn't do enough to help us.

There's nothing not to like if I was being really picky. It's a little dark downstairs and a few of the furnishings were a little worn but really I feel like I'm nitpicking. Ask the guide to make to you at Cafe de France and walk you there. Much easier than finding it by yourself. We did find it but needed a little bit of local help. Only because it's not labeled as a riad is a private house.

Det låg på en liten bakgata. Vi bokade transport genom booking, men han ville inte köra oss exakt dit vi skulle och han ville inte hjälpa oss att ringa till boendet. Så vi var vilse. Rekommenderar att man bokar transport genom Riaden, absolut bästa servicen!!
