Roaches crawling on me while sleeping.

Location.

Got woken up by roaches crawling on me. Super dirty and sticky night stand. Infested with roaches.

It was very easy to check in, took all of 5 minutes. was very clean and the beds are super comfy

Just had a small issue with the card key lock but they were great in re odi g the key and the last came up personally and showed us the little swipe/push move to open it easily

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Liked the location and the comfort of the bed. Rooms were pretty clean

First issue was a water leak from the refrigerator. I put a bath towel down and it kept the issue tolerable. Big issue was the fire alarm at 10am with smoke in the haul and the need for a quick evacuation and having to leave important medications, laptop and therapeutic equipment for the treatment of my patients. The manager tried to be helpful by recovering my heart medications and keeping them at the front desk for me. I realize that this was a guest's fault and not the fault of the hotel or staff. But the inconvenience and difficulties caused were immense. I would appreciate at least a refund of one night's stay. I had very important treatments to provide to my sister suffering from Parkinson's Dementia and this incident complicated my ability to do so to the same degree.
