The view was nice, we could see the sunrise in the morning. The parking was spacious too, although the owner didnt give us the direction to get to the parking entrance, better to include that in the guideline. The bed was comfortable. They got good size of fridge and basic utensils. Toilet was soundproof too

The toilet floor was dangerously slippery, especially after bath. No place to put shoes. The lighting system was a bit annoying, we couldnt have only 1 small light open without turning on all white lights above the bed. The room was not spacious. Owner better to clear out maintenance fee before letting others rent because we got stuck for a bit downstairs because the card was unusable, so that’s an inconvenience.

The unit number is 14-13A. Incase you are Chinese and particular about number , pls take note

Lift got no Aircond and very bad air ventilation. At the car park no sign to show the link bridge .

Comfortable, simple, worth it..my daughter really like the swing inside the room..all is good, and no need deposit to stay..juz pay online..facility all is good, really enjoy the pool.really near the mall, just cross the bridge at level 3

Water heater to slow and wifi no internet..the bed got sound if u lay down..and one of the wood fall down..hope the hose wil check proper after this
