C 1-5 Pax Cozy home Studio 3Bed WIFI&TV Trefoil Setia Alam SCCC

I like the simplicity and the cozy room. The strategic location right opposite the setia city mall. The room comes with two large queen beds and can easily fits up to 5 pax. The check in instructions was easy to understand and the check in and out process was easy and self serve. Nice facility with swimming pool and gym room.

There are stain on the window curtain. Would be best if it is changed. Stain on the kitchen table top. No labeling on the shampoo and body shower bottles, can't differentiate between them. It is great that snacks are provided, but will be best if drinking water is also provided. Need to do better in the upkeep of the room

room was clean, very responsive owner,

customer service good, they responded effectively, very good helper. The procedure to check in n check out, they would write in details, so that guest wont confuse.

the room i stayed clean , but while seeing on ceiling still have some water mark.

Everything was great, from the acommodation, to the cleanliness and everything! Worth the money spent!

Note that the bed is hard, and it is not bouncy. If you are expecting a soft bed, it is not.
