We stayed here as a group of 10 and the experience was awful. The listing says two bathrooms, but there was only one shower room and a separate toilet off the kitchen, completely unsuitable for the number of guests. The shower door was broken, one bedroom door couldn’t be opened from the inside meaning we got locked in, and the internet didn’t work. The kitchen lacked basics (no tea towels, oven gloves, or microwave), and the dishwasher wouldn’t work. Beds were very uncomfortable, we were given blood stained sheets and pillows with no pillowcases. Towels were stained with brown marks. Cleanliness was shocking, walking barefoot left our feet grey with dirt. One morning a man knocked on the door saying there was a leak downstairs and came in to look while we were getting dressed, leaving both doors to the flat. Communication is non-existent. I messaged the host several times before the stay with questions, during the stay with issues, and after the stay with a complaint but have never received any response.
