ROVery clear check-in and check-out indications, so we had no issues at all. Also, the owners responded very fast to every question we had, and the complimentary wine we found in the room at our arrival was really nice. The room is equiped with anything you need for both a short or a long stay, and the location is great. 5 minutes walk from Palermo Cathedral, very central area, a good neighbourhood, quiet, but close by foot of all main points of interest in Palermo. The price for accomodation was very reasonable as well.
Very disappointed about the cleaning. The place really needs a deep clean at the moment. The toilet wasn't cleaned in ages, but funny enough had the "Disinfected" seal on in when we arrived. Also, the shower cabin was full of mold and dirt, which indicated that it wasn't cleaned for a long time. We have found hair in the fridge, small hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, and the floor was barely vacuumed and it was obvious that the person that was doing the cleaning just came to change the sheets and to throw out the garbage from the previous visitors at most. The cherry on the cake was that I had to literally mop the floor in my second day of staying there, as the floor was all dirty and in some places sticky as well. There was dust all over the room as well, and all in all I had the impression that the cleaning was superficially made at the most. Later edit: Not ''assuming'', but actually found the apartment dirty in the first place, otherwise I wouldn't have posted the review. Maybe you should rate yourself the cleaning process from the pictures that I have posted now (eventhough I didn't do it first), since you seem to find my rating far from the truth. And trust me, I have mentioned just a few. Also, considering the fact that I have mentioned a lot of positive aspects (including the fact that you were were responsive) in my review as well, maybe you should learn how to deal with constructive criticism, instead of arguing with your guests. Doing a proper cleaning would be a great start. And finally, it was not my job to call you when arriving so you could send the cleaning person again, but your job to make sure that everything was clean. When people come in holiday, they expect to find the place clean, regardless the price they pay. And I am pretty sure that no one wants to spend their time on waiting for the cleaning to be done again. I came to visit Palermo, not to watch your cleaner performing its job.

PTThe room was little but very comfortable, everything as described! The location is amazing, being very close to the main street (Maqueda) and the Cathedral. The street is a quiet place, rare in Palermo Manuela was very sweet and helpful :)
ROPLReally good location in the middle of the old town but in a quiet street. Really cool style and apartment was well equipped (hair dryer, iron, microwave, all the cooking stuff). Easy access to the center, cool restaurants and all the main spots.
Apartment wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom needs a deep clean- a lot of mold under the shower and stains on the tiles. Apartment is very humid and the smell after the whole day (when we were out) was bad. A lot of little flies (I google it, and they are not biting, but they are annoying).
