Lovely little flat nice and clean

Sofa was broken in parts

Beds were comfortable ,fridge freezer was a bonus. Check in was easy and the instructions were sent with photos which helped

shower head was blocked and so felt like i was been batted when showering, settee could feel springs, hallway and lift were smelly and the hall carpet had seen better days Although we had the balcony the smell of cannabis prohibited us from using it overall it all felt really tired and in need of a refurb we usually stay in another apartment just of broad street which is far superior for around the same price.

I didn’t stay in the property as upon arrival there was a big smell of weed and toilet seat was dirty. Management didn’t care to talk to me until 24 hours after I signaled the problem and I had already left within 30 mn from check in and booked another hotel.

WiFi didn’t work the only reason I stayed there due to work Hairs in the bed I was saying in The office ignored all contact with me
