Apartamento con jacuzzi y parking en San Pedro - DEL VALLE 72 2

Location was great. Very central and you can walk anywhere. The apartment was comfortable, roomy, airy and bright. Decor very dated. The kettle did not work but was replaced quickly by the agent. The terrace was great, but we were not informed until the day before our holiday that it was shared by the apartment below. We would not have booked the apartment if we had known this.

We were only informed the day before our holiday that the terrace was shared and that we could not have guests. We had planned to invite friends for a quiet lunch and had to cancel because of this. If this had been made clear in the apartment information on booking.com we would not have booked it. Remote controls in all bedrooms for air con had weeping batteries that had made them unusable. Drawstrings on most curtains had jammed making them impossible to close. Two separate controls on the hob...took us a while to work out which one worked and how to use it. The only usable shower was the one in the small bathroom. It was tiny and 4 of us had to share it. The jacuzzi bath was not practical to use. The shower sent water everywhere. I small bath towel and hand towel each is not sufficient for our 2 week stay. There should have been extra towels available.

Clean.

We had to go up two flights of stairs. No elevator, which was difficult for my 86-year-old mother. This was not advertised. Also, the photos show a large terrace and a day before our arrival we are told that this is shared with another apartment. The apartment is a little outdated and old. No plugs next to the bed to recharge phones (there is a bedside table with a lamp but nowhere to plug in the lamp).

Het appartement was goed uitgerust qua kookgerei., maar geen scherp mes. De waterkoker kreeg het water niet aan de kook. Leuk terras met uitzicht. Contact met verhuurfirma ging vlot met berichten (Whatsapp)

Een goed appartement in de zomer, maar inde winter veel te koud en vochtig. Er was aircoverwarming, maar die kreeg de woning niet warm. Geen verwarming in de keuken. Onvoldoende verluchting in de badkamer voor het gebruik van het bad. Door elektriciteitspanne (2x) in de straat werkte het slot van de voordeur niet. De deur kon van binnenuit niet met een sleutel noch klink geopend worden.

Location parfaite proche du centre et de la plage Grande terrasse avec vue superbe. Apparemment grand et propre. Check in et check out easy. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr Parking très pratique mais étroit
