200m² NEW Villa D with private, heated pool and amazing ocean view.

Keys received as mentioned and deposit returned Inside villa is beautiful just pool is a bit small for us. Enough beds given and security good.

We didn’t like the surrounding neighbours who threw eggs into the villa and pool area on first night! This ruined the holiday and they could’ve come to us and talked but resulted in immature behaviour. Pool also on the small side compared to previous villas we’ve stayed at. No late checkout, was 11am which was too early as we have a pm flight

A bit far from the town centre

Absolutely beautiful Villa. Exactly like the photos, stunningly decorated and super clean. Genuinely cannot fault it, the views were beautiful at every point in the day. Only 20 mins from Siam Park and a lively area but a quieter shop area is around a 5 mins taxi. Ania was in contact from a few days before and was more than happy to answer our 5000 questions for a girls trip! Super easy to pick up the keys and drop off. Cannot fault our stay it was perfect and would 100% go back!

Only downside is the stairs to get down to the amenities and shops etc. they are so steep so we ended up getting a short taxi as our legs were killing by day 2! However the stunning views definitely make up for it and by no means are a criticism of the villa! Also around the pool is a bit small if there’s more than 4 of you and all want to be around the pool at the same time however plenty of seating if you don’t mind sitting slightly seperate!

Amazing views over Costa Adeje, nice and quiet in the hills. Rooms were great with en suites and comfortable beds. Great kitchen with all necessary appliances. Apartment to the side of the building is really nice with its own appliances etc

Just be aware it isn’t walkable to Costa Adeje but taxis are available (sometimes reliable). Could do with a bbq as a nice touch. The swimming pool is a touch on the small side, didn’t bother me but again just be aware. The sun loungers are a little in the shade throughout the day, 2 of them by the apartment are in the shade in the afternoon and the ones outside the bedrooms, only one sees the sun all day whereas the other is blocked by the glass. There are only 4 sunbeds too which is a little bit of an issue for 6+ people who would want the sun.

Brand new house very well furnished and equiped

Fantastic views. Great bathrooms. Very secure. Plenty of space and good room sizes. The villa was very clean and airy. Very quiet as no roads near by except for the access road which was to the front of the development. Got lots of exercise with a walk every day down to the beach and boardwalk.

Some of the beds were uncomfortable. The single bed moved and creeked when turning. The kitchen could have had a few more utensils. Only left one tea towel for week and no cloths to wipe surfaces.
