Southbay 33 Short walk to 300ft of Private Beach 3 Bedroom Townhome

The location wasn’t bad.

The townhome was not clean, ants everywhere, a large dead cockroach in one of the upstairs showers. Tv remotes did not work which when traveling with small children makes things difficult. The private access while nice but with rules of not being able to sit on a beach towel in front of the rental chairs, even while greater than 6ft in front so you can keep a close eye on your young children was to say the least frustrating. You can sit behind the rental chairs where you can’t see your children or other option is to rent the chairs even though you’re only out there for an hour as downtime in between games. Also, private accesses for other rentals to your left and right. Definitely was not worth the price and the pictures on booking.com are outdated.

that pools were not heated pools water was cold and the signs that they have up to help guide you were you need to go are confusing
