Location was ok

Sofa bed was broken, tv remote was broken and the property was not that clean

Lovely caravan, perfect location, now the site has had a renovation. It's a perfect getaway for couples or families

Nothing i didn't like

The children enjoyed club house with the characters. I love a walk with dog to beach lovely walks.

Very good location, easy to access. Air frayer is very usefull when you want to cook your own food.

Location was good

The boiler would work we had no hot water or heating the out of hours phone was off so had to sleep freezing. Engjneer came out next day and fixed it for it to completely break. We were told leave of u want as we have no other accommodation, or stay with no boiler

Cosy caravan,  great heating system,  was lovely and toasty, nice decking area situated on St Osyths Holiday Park, great new year eve party at the clubhouse.

Caravan looked lovely from the outside but was not very clean, carpet had a couple of large stains, kitchen floor was dirty, looked like sauce on floor and on kitchen cupboard door, long black hairs in shower cubicle.

Lovely caravan, very spacious and modern. Lots of bedding, very clean. Hoover and cleaning products were very useful. WiFi was good and heating was very good in warming up the caravan quickly. Entertainment venue on site was great.
